The importance about the production system of these ceramics owes to the complicated design production and enamels in every piece, it characterizes it as a completely handcrafted pottery production. The result of this work depends on each of the steps in the production system.

Next we offer every step of this system on the Alyarrar workshop.

1.The potter turns the pieces wich he calibrates with his own hands taking care of all the details, different in every piece.

2. After re-turning and dry the piece in the Sun the first firing is realized.

3. The bath is done in a manual way and the enamels are made by organic and metallic minerals.

4. Next comes the decoration time that with the alyarrar designs and its complicated geometry the decorators paints following a slow but grateful process.

5. After finishing all the decorative details of the piece the second firing is done, more complicated by the care of the effect on the temperatures with every enamel.
