Payment Conditions

For the reserves confirmation, should be payd the 30% of the total stance, by card payment or bank transfer.

This payment should be done from a banking account facilitated by casamorisca or sending the credit card number with the expiratoin date to the casamorisca email.

- The total payment of the value will be done the day of arrival to the delivery of keys and in cash. Once the client have verified the state of the lodging and the truth of the data offered.

Cancelacion:

- If the reserve is canceled 30 before of the arrivial day it will be retained 30 euro.

- If it is canceled between 15 and 29 days before will be retained a 50% of the reserve.

- If 14 days it is canceled (or less) before the arrival, it will be retained the full reserve.

In the case that the client desire not to be remained in the lodging, will not have the right to the refund of the reserve.

Rent Conditions

- The prices in this web are final prizes and includes the cleaning at the entry, gas, electricity and water.

It is not included the cleaning during the staying.

- The dwelling will be prepared to the arrival of the client, and with its installations and services in operation. Therefore, the caused damages in the dwelling or its installations by the client will be credited before the exit.

If the client detected some anomaly in the dwelling or its installations, should notify al proprietary it before possible.

- The entrance to the dwelling will be the day agreed in the contract from the 14.00 hours and the exit before the 12.00 hours.

The keys delivery schedule will be of the 14.00 hours at 21.00 o'clock hours. Themselves none will not be performed delivers of keys out of that schedule, unless be requested with advance a special schedule, but in no case keys in the schedule understood among the 22.00 will be delivered h and the 8.00 h of the morning.

- For the reserve will be paid with advance the 30% of the total price. This payment should be done 48h after the consultation of availability, signifying the breach of the payment the not interes of the client.

- The number of persons that lodge in the dwelling cannot be over it agreed in the reserve.

The children less than 2 years do not pay.

Themselves animals in none of the lodgings are permitted, save express petition at the moment of reserve.

- If the dwelling rented has pool, with or without fence, casamorisca himself not charge of the incidents, referring to the security will be done and caution of the same one, will be exclusive responsibility of the client.

- That of fact to finalize the reserve, implies that the client, has read and accepts these conditions.

How to perform the reserve

To perform the reserve you should fill the reserve form or to send an email to casa@casamorisca.alyarrar.com.

It would be answered in a time not superior of 24h and it will be reported with the availability..

To confirm the availability should pay the 30% of the total price with a time limit to 48 hours (if delays, the reserve can be rejected).

After the reserve payment we will send you an email as a confirmation with all the reserves dates.
